I Came for a Refund and Paid My Last Cash
Opening scene
“Give me back the KRW 50,000. I believed you, and I lost again.”
How it begins
In a fortune-telling parlor, Haesung grabs fortune teller Areum's cash box and demands a refund. He trusted her reading, went gambling, and lost again. “Give me back the KRW 50,000. I believed you, and I lost again.” Instead of answering, Areum slowly spreads a red cloth across the table. “I can't cover gambling losses. But you've still got money, don't you?” Haesung pulls out his last two bills. Lose these, and he's done. “KRW 100,000. That's everything.”
The rest, we'll show you once it's made.
He came to get his money back—so why does he end up handing over the rest?
