Refunds & cancellation
Unused paid popcorn can be fully refunded from your wallet within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we refund it minus 10%.

1. Types of popcorn and expiry
On the Korean website, 1 popcorn is ₩100. Packs hold the same popcorn in every country; only the price currency changes.

2. Spending order
Popcorn that expires soonest is used first. All free popcorn expires and paid popcorn doesn't, so free popcorn goes first. The unlock sheet shows the split before you confirm.
3. Canceling within 7 days
- Within 7 days (168 hours) of paying, you can cancel right away from History → Purchases.
- If you haven't used any of it, you get the full amount back.
- If you've used some, you get back the value of the paid popcorn left, with no fee.
- Any remaining paid and bonus popcorn from that purchase is removed.
4. Refunds after 7 days
- We refund the value of the paid popcorn left, minus a 10% fee (rounded up).
- Any remaining paid and bonus popcorn from that purchase is removed.
5. Bonus popcorn
Remaining bonus popcorn is removed. If you've used some bonus popcorn, we subtract that many times the per-popcorn price from the refund (never below zero).
6. Example (50 popcorn + 2 bonus for ₩5,000)

7. Rentals, wait-free and bundles
- Rentals last 72 hours. If you never played a rental, you can get the popcorn back within 7 days. Free popcorn that expired in the meantime can't come back.
- Wait-free episodes last 72 hours and cost no popcorn, so there's nothing to refund.
- A bundle costs 75% (rounded down) of the remaining paid episodes of a completed series, always at least 1 popcorn less than renting them one by one. It's available when the remaining total is 2 popcorn or more and stays available for as long as the Service runs. Popcorn spent on bundles isn't returned.
8. Monthly top-up
- Before you subscribe, we show the monthly price and the popcorn you'll get. There are no weekly plans.
- Cancel anytime with one tap on the monthly top-up page. You won't be charged from the next billing day, and popcorn you already have stays.
- Each monthly charge can be canceled or refunded under sections 3–5. Canceling a monthly charge also cancels the plan.
9. Payments by minors
We check your age before you pay. Under 19, a legal guardian must agree first, and payments made without consent can be canceled by you or your guardian.
10. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days. Right now the Service only offers demo test payments, so no real money moves.
11. Shutdown
If we shut down the Service, we'll give 30 days' notice and refund your remaining paid popcorn.
