My Lover Sold Out Our Getaway
Opening scene
“We came to sell the piece we stole. Why lock the door?”
How it begins
They've come to sell a stolen sculpture—until Gihwan swings the steel door shut behind Danyu. Gripping the bag, Danyu searches Gihwan's face. “We came to sell the piece we stole. Why lock the door?” The handle won't budge. Gihwan tries to pull Danyu away from the locked exit: “Trust me. The owner will let us out.” Then Junseong, the sculpture's owner, sets the door key on an envelope of cash beside the empty pedestal. “Give me back my sculpture first. The car's almost here.”
The rest, we'll show you once it's made.
Why would a lover lock the only way out right before their escape?
Reactions help us decide what to make first. Production and release timing are not promised.
