How it begins
Danha is about to sign away the apartment when a drop of water falls from the ceiling and smears the ink across the page. The agent, Jihun, freezes mid-smile. “I thought you said the repairs were done?” Jihun drags the wet papers across the table and pushes for a signature first. “No deposit, no new place. Just sign.” Then Hyeongyeong from downstairs appears at the entrance holding a soaked cloth. “Our bed is still getting soaked.”
