Opening scene
“You pressed the number. So end it there.”
How it begins
Doyun presses the button for the 8th floor. The elevator stays put—but Doyun and everything on him are transported to a sealed-off floor. Below, Jeongryul locks the door. A broken emergency panel dangles from the wall, and Soi is tied up beside it. When Doyun pounds on the window, Jeongryul says, "You pressed the number. So end it there." Doyun scans the view, but the 8th floor has no exit and no working buttons. He rushes to Soi, who points to the severed emergency panel and a wiring diagram. Jeongryul's threat: send a photo of the money, or no rescue.
