The Flower Shop That Waited for Mom
Opening scene
“Three years I was gone, and it was spring only here?”
The story
Woojae, who runs a half-basement flower shop, has kept the windows shut for three years to freeze the season. He wants to show his mother, back from studying abroad, the old shop just as it was, but opening a window even a little ages the flowers in an instant, and there's no exception for letting just one go. His mother arrives with new seeds and looks for a place to plant them, but there's no empty spot among the pots Woojae has guarded. Can Woojae open the window?
