“This kitchen is mine as of today.”
How it begins
Isol slams a wad of cash onto the prep counter and tapes a closing notice to the door. "This kitchen is mine as of today." Juntaek smiles before even counting the money. As Huian unfolds a hand cart, the key to Juntaek's new restaurant drops to the floor. Isol stomps on it first, then asks: once all the equipment is sold, where exactly will Juntaek cook? Juntaek says a smaller kitchen is lined up, and today's money pays off the balance. When Isol grabs the cash back, Huian points out that Isol can back out of buying the equipment, but can't cancel Juntaek's new place.
