How it begins
Storage room clerk Taegang zips up a checked bag and slips a ring onto his finger. Yujeong grabs his hand. It's the ring she just hid in her own bag. "You can't wear that in here." Chaerim, holding an interview slip, steps up behind them. "Why? Because it's my ring?" Taegang claims he found it and drops it into his uniform pocket, while Yujeong opens her bag first to show it's empty. Taegang refuses to hand the ring over until he confirms who it belongs to. Then Yujeong's eyes land on the blank staff name slot beside the notice of his last day.
