Payment Services Act notice (Japan)
To sell popcorn in Japan, we must post this notice for prepaid payment instruments (issuer-own type) under Japan's Payment Services Act. It's a draft with blanks until we incorporate in Japan and connect yen payments.

Worth knowing
- Paid popcorn never expires, so the 6-month exemption doesn't apply. If unused balances exceed ¥10 million on a reference date (end of March or September), we must file a notification and deposit at least half as security.
- Japan generally restricts refunds of prepaid instruments. Whether our 7-day cancellation rule can apply in Japan needs to be confirmed before launch.
