How it begins
Two years ago, when Seojun's affair came to light, Haena accepted one handwritten pledge from him and stayed in the marriage. After that, Seojun handed his salary account over to her, and Haena believed it was behind them. Tonight Seojun says, "Let's go our separate ways," and slides over a list of their assets, split down the middle. Checking the balances against the bank records, Haena finds KRW 30 million sent last week from her own account to a real estate agency. At the back of the folder Seojun tucked in as "proof of housing costs," her finger stops on the co-tenant line of a new lease.
