The Third Key to the Couples' Room
Opening scene
“This is a couples' room. You can't check in alone.”
How it begins
At a small guesthouse, Igyeong has barely sat down on the bed when Taejun opens the same door and starts unpacking. The manager, Sowan, jingles a third key. "This is a couples' room. You can't check in alone." Igyeong points to the other bed; Taejun insists he booked it, too. When Igyeong asks for a refund so she can leave, Sowan offers only credit toward a future stay, not cash, and Taejun, unable to get his money back either, plants himself by the door. Realizing Sowan wants them both out because each came alone, Igyeong grabs Taejun's arm and asks: if we're a couple, can we stay?
The rest, we'll show you once it's made.
Can two strangers keep the room by faking a romance?
