Opening scene
“It's going to cut my wrist off!”
How it begins
With his arm jammed in the prize chute, Gyubin is howling. "It's going to cut my wrist off!" Rian kills the power, and a gold box shifts deep inside the machine. But before Gyubin even asks for help, he screams at her not to lose the box. Rian goes to open the cabinet door—just as the owner, Dongsik, bursts in and snatches the key. Break it, he says, and Rian pays. Gyubin urges her to smash the machine anyway; they're friends, right? When Rian peers at the gap between his wrist and the box, Gyubin covers it with his other hand.
