What personal information ReelToon collects, why, and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect

2. Retention
- We delete your data when you close your account.
- Under Korea's e-commerce law, contract, cancellation and payment records are kept for 5 years, and complaint records for 3 years.
3. Sharing and processors
We don't share personal data with third parties. When we connect a payment processor or video delivery service, we'll list the processor and any overseas transfer here.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in (rt_uid) and remember your language (rt_locale). We don't use ad-tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
You can view or correct your data, or ask us to stop processing or delete it, at any time.
